In response to our client's interest in smoother and more flexible surfaces,the Steel / Moss garden replaces wood stepped planters and a stone terrace with cor-ten steel stepped gardens and a colored concrete terrace perfect for tricycles. The garden recycles the stone terrace in the form of site walls and garden paths. A custom steel panel system clads an unmovable timber wall and transforms the scale and color of the space, in concert with the home's warm cedar siding.
